How is Hailey installed?

Hailey is hard-wired onto the ceiling with a ceiling base. You can find the installation guide on our help center here under the "Installation Guides" section.

Can I customize the hanging length of Hailey?

Yes, the Hailey chandelier comes with 12" + 12" + 6" (30 cm + 30 cm + 15 cm) hanging rods by default (you can adjust the height by removing 1 or 2 hanging rods to make it shorter). If you require a customized height, please fill out the contact form once you have placed the order with order ID, so we can customize the length for you.

Can it be installed on an angled / slanted ceiling?

Yes, it is possible! However, we will need to know the lengths for each side of the metal rods to balance the fixture on a slanted ceiling.
