How is Hailey installed?

Hailey is hard-wired onto the ceiling with a ceiling base. You can find the installation guide on our help center here under the "Installation Guides" section.

Does Hailey deliver sufficient lighting on the task?

Yes, the product offers different wattages in reference to size. You can select the right combination depending on the area you want to cover. In case you have any concerns about the chandelier, you can email us at info@mod-lighting.com

Can I customize the hanging length of Hailey?

Yes, the Hailey chandelier comes with 12" + 12" + 6" (30 cm + 30 cm + 15 cm) hanging rods by default (you can adjust the height by removing 1 or 2 hanging rods to make it shorter). However, in case you require a longer customized length, please email us at info@mod-lighting.com once you have placed the order with order ID, so we can customize it for you. Please note that customizations are not possible for Open Box Items.

Do you have any other finish options for Hailey?

Currently, we only have black / clear orbs and white / matte orbs in stock. However, in case you require a different combination (for example. black / matte orbs or white / clear orbs), please email us at info@mod-lighting.com once you have placed the order with order ID, so we can customize it for you. Please note that customizations are not possible for Open Box Items.

Can it be installed on an angled / slanted ceiling?

Yes, it is possible. However, we will need to know the length for both sides of the metal rods to balance the fixture on a slanted ceiling. Please note that customizations are not possible for Open Box Items.
