Many of our MOD Pro Members also request simple customizations on existing lighting designs, and we’re more than happy to accommodate these requests (e.g., larger size, hanging length extension, slanted ceiling compatibility, specific color temperature, dimmability, etc.). Please note that customized orders are final sale due to their bespoke nature.
Once approved, you'll receive an email from your dedicated account manager and login credentials to access our trade portal, where you can browse products, place orders, and manage your account. If you already know which products you wish to place an order on, your dedicated account manager can send an invoice via email to complete the purchase!
