How is Haylen installed? Does it come with cover plates?

Haylen wall lights are wall-mounted with hard wire. Each unit includes a complementary 4'' x 4'' cover plate, which may be optionally utilized during installation. You can view our installation guide here. These wall lights are versatile and can be installed on various wall or panel types.

Please note that the wires are located in the middle of the fixture with sufficient length to reach either end for convenient installation. If additional wire length is required, extending beyond half the length of the fixture, please fill in the contact form for customization options for your Haylen. Please note that Open Box items cannot be customized.

Are Haylen lights for outdoors or indoors? Can I installed them horizontally?

The Haylen wall lights are primarily designed for outdoor applications, yet they are also installed indoors by many of our customers. Featuring an IP65 waterproof rating, these lights are protected from showers, rain, or snow, ensuring durability and longevity. 

While many customers acquire multiple units of Haylen to vertically adorn their entryways, some opt for horizontal installation. There are no strict guidelines—feel free to unleash your creativity and arrange them however you desire!

Can I control multiple Haylen lights with one remote control?

Yes, absolutely! You can use one remote to control all of your Haylen lights. To achieve this, simply refer to the remote control instruction manual where you will find detailed information on the pairing process.

Is Haylen dimmable? Can I replace the LED light if needed?

If you're interested in dimmable features, you have the option to choose the dimmable version with remote control. This version lets you switch between three light colors: cool white (6000K), neutral (4500K), and warm white (3000K). You can also adjust the brightness from 0-100% using the remote control. If you prefer a single-color option, you can select either cool white (6000K) or warm white (3000K) option, but note that the single-color Haylen is non-dimmable.

The LED light band for your Haylen wall light is replaceable. You can purchase replacement LEDs from us, and if you need assistance with the replacement process, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Can I customize Haylen LED wall lights?

Certainly! We are happy to offer customizations on the Haylen wall lights but Open Box items cannot be customized. If you'd like to customize the color, width, wire location, or wire length, please fill out the contact form to consult one of our customer care specialists. Note that customized orders are tailor-made and as a result, they are final sale.

    Front Porch Light

    It exceeded our expectations! We love the new look and it does a much better job of actually lighting up the front porch landing much better than our other two lights ever did.... Installation was quite easy other than the drilling and mounting in Brick and cement but that is not anyone's fault.
