Spiral is hard-wired onto the ceiling with a ceiling base. You can find the installation guide on our help center here under the "Installation Guides" section.
You can choose the dimmable version with remote control, which will allow you to switch between the three light colors: cool white (6000K), neutral (4500K), and warm white (3000K). With the dimmable version, you can adjust the brightness of the fixture from 0-100% using the remote control. If you would rather have single color Spiral, please choose either cool white (6000K) or warm white (3000K). Single color Spiral is non-dimmable.
