Is Obsidian a dimmable product?

Yes, our Obsidian Chandelier is compatible with dimmer switches, so you can dim it with your dimmer switch.

Does Obsidian provide sufficient lighting on the floor?

Yes, the product offers different wattages in reference to size. You can select the right combination depending on the area you want to cover. In case you have any concerns about the chandelier, you can email us at info@mod-lighting.com.

Can I customize the length of chain?

Yes, our standard length of chain is adjustable up to 39’’ (100 cm). However in case you require a customized length, we can do it for you. Please email us at info@mod-lighting.com once you have placed the order with the order ID, so we can customize the length for you. 

Can it be installed on an angled / slanted ceiling?

Yes, you can install Obsidian on a slanted ceiling, as the length of the chains are adjustable. However, due to the weight of this chandelier, if you are unsure, please kindly email us at info@mod-lighting.com with a photo of your ceiling (angle of the ceiling if available), so we can advise if it is possible.

    In the end, it was amazing. The instructions were very hard to follow. We had some help and we’re able to make it work. We tried initially to do it ourselves, but end up getting professional help to get it installed. In the end, it was perfect.

    Purchased the large one and

    Purchased the large one and I am so afraid that it will somehow fall that I’m losing sleep. 88 pounds and my electrician said it should be fine. Still so nervous, it is a beautiful piece. Just make sure your brackets can handle it . They sent me the white light but I ordered soft lights.

    This fixture is so stunning! Such high quality chandelier with beautiful crystals. One of the bulbs was not working and we found additional bulb shipped along with the order, that was very thoughtful! Would highly recommend this chandelier.
